Dr. Kevin Kuo is the founding lawyer of Livie International Law Firm. He has served as the former Secretary-General of the National Federation of the Republic of China Bar Associations and former Chairman of the Kaohsiung Bar Association. He is also a legal advisor to various organizations, including the Kaohsiung Industrial Association, Kaohsiung Chamber of Commerce, Kaohsiung Real Estate Appraisers Association, Kaohsiung Medical Association, and Kaohsiung Dental Association.
Dr. Kuo is a member of the Kaohsiung Medical Disciplinary Committee and previously served as the Vice President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) in 2007. He was the 29th Chairman of the Kaohsiung Enterprise Managers Association and an advisor to the Taiwan Business Association of the Mainland Affairs Council. He is a consulting lawyer for the Straits Exchange Foundation and a member of the Lawyer Qualification Review Committee of the Ministry of Justice. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Taiwan Land Surveyor Visiting Visa Fund Management Committee and the 7th Committee of the Real Estate Agency Business Guarantee Fund Commission. He is also a member of the Legal Regulations Committee of the Kaohsiung City Government and a member of the Urban Design and Land Use Development Permit Review Committee of the Kaohsiung Urban Development Bureau. Furthermore, he is a member of the Financial Securities Committee of the Lawyer's College.
Dr. Kuo holds a Ph.D. in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai), a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Research at Sun Yat-sen University (Taiwan MBA), a Master's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law (Shanghai LLM), and a Bachelor's degree in Law from National Taiwan University (Taiwan LLB). He is an arbitrator for the Taiwan and Fuzhou Arbitration Committees, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC), and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). He is also a mediator for the Cross-Strait Arbitration Center in Pingtan, Fujian, and a mediator for the Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Center.
